Eveswell Studios is Located in Chepstow Road, Newport where you can find a large selection of shops, Restaurants, Bars, Take Aways and Pubs.
Close to the main transport links and walking distance to the centre of Newport. The property is right next to Eveswell School Bus Stop.
Fiars Walk Complex is only 1 mile away. Friars Walk has several levels and includes a range of high street shops, eateries, a cinema, a bowling alley and a soft play area. The complex is linked by the redeveloped John Frost Square to the Kingsway Shopping Centre, Newport Museum, Art Gallery and Central Library and Newport bus station. The complex is a short walk from the high street shops of Commercial Street and High Street.
Newport railway station is also a short walk away from there.
A cleaning fee of £20 per week must be added to stays over two weeks, this will include a full change of linen and a general cleaning to the Studio.

September 2023Pedro & Alina we’re great hosts, very responsive to messages. I had a bit of difficulty with the original booking which was my fault but Pedro was really understanding and helpful with resolving. Couple of of glitches with the lock pad for the entry door and plumbing in the room but again Pedro sorted straight away and was great after that. The property is spotless and surprisingly quiet through the night, the bed is extremely comfortable and great work space if needed. Only 5 mins from M4 and Celtic Manor so would highly recommend if a longer term work stay is needed in the area.

Lots of shops, take-aways and a pharmacy in the area. 10 minute walk from the beautiful Beechwood Park, and a 25 minute walk from the city centre. Pedro was a very helpful host, showing genuine care, concern, and always quick to respond to queries.
