We have added air filter ozone generators to our cleaning force which we use to purify the air between stays safely.
We use these methods aware of the procedures and timings requested.
Ozone generators can make ozone from normal air and are normally used as room disinfectants in hospitals and the hospitality trade, it's killing action upon bacteria, viruses, fungi, and in many species of protozoa, serve as the basis for its increasing use in disinfecting municipal water supplies in cities worldwide.
Laundry: We wash our laundry with the latest in Ozone technology also, using powerful chemistry and ozone rinsing which is known to be a powerful sanitizer, ensuring we're providing our customers with one of the latest and safest methods of processing.
Communications: We request and follow up on guests' health - during their stay and after their departure in order to keep everyone safe.

Fiars Walk Complex is only 1 mile away. Friars Walk has several levels and includes a range of high street shops, eateries, a cinema, a bowling alley and a soft play area. The complex is linked by the redeveloped John Frost Square to the Kingsway Shopping Centre, Newport Museum, Art Gallery and Central Library and Newport bus station. The complex is a short walk from the high street shops of Commercial Street and High Street.
Newport railway station is also a short walk away from there.

October 2023Beautiful studio flat, loved the coded system which made life easier not having to worry about keys, not a bad size and had everything we could need in. Really nice decor, spotless and clean, beds really comfortable with nice linen. Found parking along the back road which was handy, although the flats on a main road we didn’t notice any traffic or noises at all. Handy to have food places next door too. No complaints at all from us, was worth every penny. Good location to get into Newport and Cardiff.

October 2023Pedro & Alina were responsive hosts. Top marks for communication. There seemed to be a lot of legal bits and pieces to trawl through , more than I would normally go for, however the price was right , and it meant we could stay two nights rather than one. I was a bit nervous regarding the door code as I’ve always had that two or three days in advance. The host responded in time, while I still had internet. I was a bit nervous when I saw the key pad as the instruction picture shown was different…having had problems before with them. However Common sense prevailed and entry was easy thereafter. The studio is nicely presented, with all the necessary things required…pleased to see a full oven. The bathroom was small , and a bit tight in the shower….however it served its purpose. Great location for the occasion. We did have trouble finding a spot for our car, and found a spot two streets away..used a taxi Above all , the studio was clean and comfortable.

Hosts communicated clearly and constantly about the studio with all information. Very close to the city but also 30 mins drive to Cardiff and other areas surrounding. Recommended without hesitation.

May 2023A great apartment for your stay in Newport. Modern finishes, small kitchen but with everything you need. Street parking was really easy with the provided instruction from the host. Hosts were very professional providing a link to a website with all the necessary information for the apartment and the area. Only negative is that the hosts requires the signature of a rental agreement outside of airbnb, a checkin and checkout questionnaire, it might be a bit much for a short stay.
