Eveswell Studios is Located in Chepstow Road, Newport where you can find a large selection of shops, Restaurants, Bars, Take Aways and Pubs.
Close to the main transport links and walking distance to the centre of Newport. The property is right next to Eveswell School Bus Stop.
Fiars Walk Complex is only 1 mile away. Friars Walk has several levels and includes a range of high street shops, eateries, a cinema, a bowling alley and a soft play area. The complex is linked by the redeveloped John Frost Square to the Kingsway Shopping Centre, Newport Museum, Art Gallery and Central Library and Newport bus station. The complex is a short walk from the high street shops of Commercial Street and High Street.
Newport railway station is also a short walk away from there.
A cleaning fee of £20 per week must be added to stays over two weeks, this will include a full change of linen and a general cleaning to the Studio.
We provide an online concierge system, the check-in, key exchange and payments are done online, and the process allows for a complete contactless experience.
We are committed to cleaning and we have an enhanced cleaning protocol in place which follows all the guidelines provided by the ECDC European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control.
The Studio is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
We give our guests full privacy although we are always available either by phone, text or in the app itself if anything is needed.

Only small minor thing, is that there is no door number on the door, so the Uber drivers were always getting lost haha. But apart from that can’t fault anything!

May 2021We had a wonderful stay at Eveswell. From the first minute of the reservation until the end of our stay, We were very well guided by Pedro and Alina. They are extremely attentive hosts. With an evident passion for what they do, which helps to make your stay even more pleasant. Eveswell guide book is extremely useful and was very well designed. You can find more information than you can even imagine to make your stay even more complete. The best I've seen so far. The apartment is modern, comfortable and well equipped where you can find everything you may need for your stay. It is very well located which allows you to explore the south of Wales or even one or the other city in the south of England if you don't mind to driving an hour or two. My partner and I, took the opportunity to visit Bristol and take a short tour of the spectacular graffiti that is part of city life. Banksy in particular. Approximately two hours and 30 minutes drive from Eveswell, you can enjoy an excellent day out in Dorset with paradisiacal views of Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. Breathtaking, it is really worth a visit if you are going with a little extra time. We also managed to visit West Bay but only for dinner and a short walk. And Cardiff, who is next door. There's lots to visit around the area. We will definitely return and do our best to stay at the Eveswell apartments again. Thank you
