Eveswell Studios is Located in Chepstow Road, Newport where you can find a large selection of shops, Restaurants, Bars, Take Aways and Pubs.
Close to the main transport links and walking distance to the centre of Newport. The property is right next to Eveswell School Bus Stop.
Fiars Walk Complex is only 1 mile away. Friars Walk has several levels and includes a range of high street shops, eateries, a cinema, a bowling alley and a soft play area. The complex is linked by the redeveloped John Frost Square to the Kingsway Shopping Centre, Newport Museum, Art Gallery and Central Library and Newport bus station. The complex is a short walk from the high street shops of Commercial Street and High Street.
Newport railway station is also a short walk away from there.
A cleaning fee of £20 per week must be added to stays over two weeks, this will include a full change of linen and a general cleaning to the Studio.

Our cleaning processes have been readjusted to eliminate any risk of contamination at our properties.
Cleaning:
We are committed to cleaning and we have an enhanced cleaning protocol in place which follows all the guidelines provided by the ECDC European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control.
We have added air filter ozone generators to our cleaning force which we use to purify the air between stays safely.
We use these methods aware of the procedures and timings requested.
Ozone generators can make ozone from normal air and are normally used as room disinfectants in hospitals and the hospitality trade, it's killing action upon bacteria, viruses, fungi, and in many species of protozoa, serve as the basis for its increasing use in disinfecting municipal water supplies in cities worldwide.
Laundry: We wash our laundry with the latest in Ozone technology also, using powerful chemistry and ozone rinsing which is known to be a powerful sanitizer, ensuring we're providing our customers with one of the latest and safest methods of processing.
Communications: We request and follow up on guests' health - during their stay and after their departure in order to keep everyone safe.

September 2023My husband and I had a fabulous stay at this studio flat! The hosts are really lovely and are absolutely spot on with communication. The studio flat itself was really clean,well furnished and secure! Everything is in the one space but as the room is very large you never feel crammed in and the separate toilet was very spacious also with a fab shower! The kitchen was excellent with everything you could need including a large television and as well as the bed area you also had a fab little sitting space. Absolutely everything has been thought about to maximise your comfort. We found the area really good as there are plenty of convenience stores, takeaways and a really lovely Italian restaurant a mere 10 min walk. To go into the city of Newport we walked it in 20 minutes so again really well placed to get out and about! We would absolutely recommend staying here I think you would be hard pushed to find anything better and a fantastic price for the standard of property! Loved it!

February 2023This is the perfect place for a short stay trip in wales. The decor is lovely and the room was really clean. This area had great transport links with a bus stop directly outside and a train station only a 10 min drive away or a 20 min walk away. I’d come back again!

The bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything you need for cooking. The whole apartment was really lovely and even nicer than the photos! We almost spent a month in their place and would definitely stay here again.
