The flat is located in Newport City Centre where you can find a large selection of shops, Restaurants, Bars, Take Aways and Pubs.

Fiars Walk Complex is only a stone throw away Friars Walk has several levels and includes a range of high street shops, eateries, a cinema, a bowling alley and a soft play area. The complex is linked by the redeveloped John Frost Square to the Kingsway Shopping Centre, Newport Museum, Art Gallery and Central Library and Newport bus station. The complex is a short walk from the high street shops of Commercial Street and High Street.
Newport railway station is also a short walk away from there.
A cleaning fee of £30 per week must be added to stays over two weeks, this will include a full change of linen and a general cleaning to the Studio.
Primary Guest is responsible for ensuring that the accommodation is left in the condition it was in upon check-in. Primary Guest shall be liable for any damages caused by his or her own acts and omissions (including without limitation failure to timely vacate the accommodation) and also for the acts and omissions of any individuals that Primary Guest invites or otherwise allows into the accommodation.
Online check-in and deposit pre-authorisation are required prior to arrival.
We provide an online concierge system, the check-in, key exchange and payments are done online, and the process allows for a complete contactless experience.

August 2023Great central location and surprisingly quiet considering. We had our 1 yr old with us and there was enough space for travel cot. Hosts were very informative and easily contactable. Can’t recommend staying here enough. We have friends locally so I’m sure we’ll be back. We did think the Need for ID and credit card info for guest was totally unnecessary. Thankfully my husband had his driving licence on him. Never had to provide that in any airbnbs before.

August 2023A very well presented apartment with a nice outside space. Matched the description. Was surprisingly quiet for a city centre location. My only issue was with the checkin which required a separate short term rental agreement to be signed plus copy of ID and credit card.
