The primary guest is responsible for ensuring that the accommodation is left in the condition it was in upon check-in. Primary Guest shall be liable for any damages caused by his or her own acts and omissions (including without limitation failure to timely vacate the accommodation) and also for the acts and omissions of any individuals that Primary Guest invites or otherwise allows into the accommodation.
Online check-in and deposit pre-authorisation are required prior to arrival.
For stays over 2 weeks, a weekly mid-stay cleaning (charged at the same price as a cleaning fee) week must be paid, this will include a full change of linen and general cleaning, this will be arranged directly with your hosts.
Pet charges are applied on top of the booking fee.
We will provide you with an online concierge area that allows you to check in online and collect all the information needed for your self-check-in.
The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
The apartment is located in an upmarket residential building. While this provides great safety and security, we kindly ask all our guests to keep noise to a minimum while entering and leaving the building.
COVID-19 SANITIZATION
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
PETS ALLOWED ON REQUEST
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We accommodate pets on request and there's a charge for their stay.
NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the apartment! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for deep cleaning and ozone treatments.
ONLINE CHECK IN
Once booked you receive a self-check-in form, which requires you to scan your ID and credit card, pre-authorise a security deposit and sign terms and conditions. After this info is processed your access codes are released and you can access the property via a lockbox.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. All guests must be accounted for at the time of bookings and no visitors are allowed.

Beautiful modern apartment, great beds, lovely shower and very well appointed kitchen. Great also if you want to take your dog, nice courtyard and only 2 min walk to two local parks.

August 2023Smart, modern, minimalist little place for a great price. Tesco Express literally just before you arrive walking from city centre so that's a great spot to pick up milk etc. Bedding was superb. Bathroom is very nice but very small. The fact they have an external site where you have to submit ID is a little unnerving, and they do send A LOT of messages. When they sent the first (of 3/4?) check-out emails the day before we left, I suddenly got scared we weren't booked in for that night! If I had to add criticisms, I would have liked a map of Cardiff / leaflets to peruse and another (very lovely) blanket for the sofa as my teen daughter & I had to share (fight over it) while we watched the little TV. But otherwise a very lovely stay.

June 2023I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Wales.... walking distance to City Center and just a really clean, modern 2/1. Gave us plenty of room to spread out with our daughter who is studying abroad in Wales. We had a Hilton reserved but this is a much better setup for 3 adults. Loved it!!

April 2023Clean and compact Airbnb was enough space for me and my mum. The communal space is quite small but enough for two. Well stocked with towels/hairdryer/tea and coffee (although we couldn’t get the hang of the coffee machine, could do with a manual!). Heating was easy to control and we were cosy the whole stay. The apartment is right on a busy road so could be trouble for light sleepers. There is also a large window which looks out onto the road with no blind so can be a bit overlooked when coming up to the bedrooms from the bathroom which is downstairs. We found a lovely Italian only 5 minutes walk away called Giardini de Sorrento which I would highly recommend. Not too far of a walk to the city centre, we walked everywhere over the weekend and it wasn’t a problem. Tesco just round the corner too.

April 2023The house was great to stay in while working in Cardiff. It's within walking distance of the Castle and St Davids central area, so there are good restaurants to hand. There is on-street parking outside the house, which is free overnight (6pm to 8 am). The house itself is warm, clean, comfortable and newly furnished. Downstairs is the kitchen/living room and shower, with the two bedrooms upstairs. It was perfect for our needs.

I’d highly recommend anyone who also have pets to stay here !!

December 2022Where do I start?! Pedro was lovely - the pre-trip info was so comprehensive we didn't really need to ask anything. When I did reach out, he was prompt, polite, and helpful. Had the pleasure of meeting his colleague, too (by chance!) who I'm sure will be an asset. The apartment was even better than described. Clean, fresh, modern, and yet cosy. Close enough to town that we could walk to and from the bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend
