The primary guest is responsible for ensuring that the accommodation is left in the condition it was in upon check-in. Primary Guest shall be liable for any damages caused by his or her own acts and omissions (including without limitation failure to timely vacate the accommodation) and also for the acts and omissions of any individuals that Primary Guest invites or otherwise allows into the accommodation.
Online check-in and deposit pre-authorisation are required prior to arrival.
For stays over 1 week, a weekly mid-stay cleaning (charged at the same price as a cleaning fee) week must be paid, this will include a full change of linen and general cleaning, this will be arranged directly with your hosts.

The apartment is located in an upmarket residential building. While this provides great safety and security, we kindly ask all our guests to keep noise to a minimum while entering and leaving the building.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We accommodate pets on request and there's a charge for their stay.
NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the apartment! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for deep cleaning and ozone treatments.
ONLINE CHECK IN
Once booked you receive a self-check-in form, which requires you to scan your ID and credit card, pre-authorise a security deposit and sign terms and conditions. After this info is processed your access codes are released and you can access the property via a lockbox.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. All guests must be accounted for at the time of booking and no visitors are allowed.

October 2023We had a family stay at this property and we’re very impressed with Pedro. From the get go, he was attentive and courteous. The property is within walking distance of main high street. Beds, super comfortable and all we needed after long days exploring. The property did not have secure wifi which was a little disappointing and the washing drier listed was actually just a washing machine. Pedro made us feel very at home and nothing was too much for him, we are super grateful to him. Thank you for hosting us.

October 2023The apartment was nice and clean, well located in that it was very walkable across Cardiff. As primarily a group of women, the overall location didn’t feel the safest - however the security on the building made up for that. The hosts provided a thorough trouble shooting manual for all issues that could arise, and whilst we appreciated this - the lack of hot water for up to 6 people was not the best despite us trying to “boost” it. Additionally, the kitchen was well equipped with glassware and crockery, however it was extremely lacking in basic utensils I.e wooden spoon, more than one chopping board, cheese grater etc. which made it very hard to cook. Finally, the placement of the boiler being situated behind the double room meant that it was incredibly noisy when anybody was running water for those sleeping in that room. We had a nice stay and it suited most of our needs, and appreciated the proactive communications.

September 2023Three of us stayed for two nights for a friend’s wedding, so we didn’t have much time to fully enjoy the amazing amenities provided in the flat or communicate with our hosts too much. However the cleanliness, elegant interiors and living room overlooking a garden made our time there very comfortable. Only 10 minutes walk to centre. The information for checking in becomes available at the right time with very clear instructions with photos, making it super easy. Worth noting that hot water for shower does take a while to come through so it might be a good idea to press the boost button well before shower time. Overall a very pleasant stay!

September 2023Pedro was our host and he was very polite, friendly and respond promptly. We had minor hiccups here and there, but our lovely host responded and solved it quickly. Overall, it was a lovely stay! Clean sheets with comfy beds, fresh towels, location was accessible, easy parking, just a stone throw away from Tesco Express, easy check-in and checkout, walking distance to the city. My family enjoyed our stay in Cardiff and we would recommend this place!

Best place to eat in Cardiff , found on our last night was “ IN CAFE “ this must be the best Chinese ever, with the best choice of vegetarian and vegan menu ,as well as serving the nicest prawn and duck dishes my well traveled in laws have ever tasted.Cardiff we will be back.

June 2023The loveliest hosts I have ever been in contact with - they were quick to respond even late at night when we were having issues with hot water, and extremely warm and polite. There were guides on what to do and where to eat, and information to troubleshoot any issue with the property. Property itself was very clean and well-decorated, there would be some noise at night from neighbours or street outside but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, 5 stars!

May 2023The accommodation was absolutely perfect for we wanted. It was very modern and clean and a pleasure to stay in. The hosts were amazing too. Always very responsive. We were just a short walk from the city centre, Tesco express was just opposite so we did our food shopping there and it was convenient for anything last minute. I couldn’t recommend this accommodation enough. It is beautiful. You won’t regret staying here.

April 2023The Airbnb was a beautiful flat which made my friends and I feel right at home! The kitchen was stocked with essentials which was great. Everything is super clean and the beds are very comfortable. Great location, next to a Tesco and walkable to the city centre. Would recommend!

April 2023Stayed one night to see a show, it is about a 15 min walk to St David's Hall with restaurants, bars & shops along the way. There was a problem with the toliet flush (casing fell clean off on arrival) but it did still work, informed owners immediately who were apologetic and said they would fix for the next guests, they probably would have come during our stay if it was more than 1 night. Other than that the flat is spotless, lots of plates, dishes, glasses etc, comfortable beds, lovely kitchen & living room area. Little practical touches like a holder for toothbrushes are missing. I would much rather deal with check-in & out via Airbnb rather than having to complete a 3rd party login and giving extra security money, I've never had this on Airbnb before and did find it a bit off putting, however generally would stay again.

November 2022This location was absolutely amazing. The host responded instantly with any and all questions and helped us have the most amazing stay in Cardiff. The apartment was super clean and tidy in the perfect central location. The checkin was simple and efficient. We arrived early and the host was able to accommodate an earlier checkin at our request with availability which made the experience so much better. I would recommend this spot to anyone travelling to Cardiff anytime.
