The primary guest is responsible for ensuring that the accommodation is left in the condition it was in upon check-in. Primary Guest shall be liable for any damages caused by his or her own acts and omissions (including without limitation failure to timely vacate the accommodation) and also for the acts and omissions of any individuals that Primary Guest invites or otherwise allows into the accommodation.
Online check-in and deposit pre-authorisation are required prior to arrival.
For stays over 2 weeks, a weekly mid-stay cleaning (charged at the same price as a cleaning fee) week must be paid, this will include a full change of linen and general cleaning, this will be arranged directly with your hosts.
Pet charges are applied on top of the booking fee.

The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
The apartment is located in an upmarket residential building. While this provides great safety and security, we kindly ask all our guests to keep noise to a minimum while entering and leaving the building.
COVID-19 SANITIZATION
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
PETS ALLOWED ON REQUEST
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We accommodate pets on request and there's a charge for their stay.
NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the apartment! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for deep cleaning and ozone treatments.
ONLINE CHECK IN
Once booked you receive a self-check-in form, which requires you to scan your ID and credit card, pre-authorise a security deposit and sign terms and conditions. After this info is processed your access codes are released and you can access the property via a lockbox.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. All guests must be accounted for at the time of booking and no visitors are allowed.

Would definitely stay again if in the area with just a short walk into the city centre and a great stay on the whole.

Did contact hosts to say their listing was incorrect (2 king beds listed, whereas they were actually 2 double beds). I was told that this had been updated, but it still hasn't been! I would say 1.5 bathrooms is a stretch (it's a separate toilet & shower room) The listing also states High-speed wifi. The four of us tried to use this throughout our stay with no luck (even when following the hosts suggestions), so I think this needs some attention!

June 2023Pedro and Alina were so helpful and accommodating. The flat was beautiful and we loved having the option of using the kitchen before heading to the stadium. The decor is lovely and there is a really calm atmosphere. The road noise wasn’t a problem and the double glazing really helps with this. Also lovely to see trees from the windows despite being in the city centre. Only a 20 minute walk from Cardiff Central station and Principality Stadium. Perfect! We will be back.

May 2023La casa è davvero un gioiellino,tutto perfettamente pulito e in ordine. Posizione ottima,a due passi dal supermercato in zona centralissima. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il piano cottura ma Pedro è stato molto reattivo e sempre presente. Per lavoro saremo a Cardiff due volte l’anno,quindi torneremo sicuramente!

Although we encountered a few issues during our stay, Pedro and his team worked diligently to help in their resolution, as soon as possible.
