The primary guest is responsible for ensuring that the accommodation is left in the condition it was in upon check-in. Primary Guest shall be liable for any damages caused by his or her own acts and omissions (including without limitation failure to timely vacate the accommodation) and also for the acts and omissions of any individuals that Primary Guest invites or otherwise allows into the accommodation.
Online check-in and deposit pre-authorisation are required prior to arrival.
For stays over 2 weeks, a weekly mid-stay cleaning (charged at the same price as a cleaning fee) week must be paid, this will include a full change of linen and general cleaning, this will be arranged directly with your hosts.
Pet charges are applied on top of the booking fee.

The apartment is located in an upmarket residential building. While this provides great safety and security, we kindly ask all our guests to keep noise to a minimum while entering and leaving the building.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the apartment! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for deep cleaning and ozone treatments.
ONLINE CHECK IN
Once booked you receive a self-check-in form, which requires you to scan your ID and credit card, pre-authorise a security deposit and sign terms and conditions. After this info is processed your access codes are released and you can access the property via a lockbox.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. All guests must be accounted for at the time of bookings and no visitors are allowed.

December 2023Perfect apartment for a short stay in Cardiff, as mentioned by others they have a slightly strange system on booking of having to send off ID and credit card details for a deposit which I have never experienced with Airbnb, the amount has sat pending on my credit card and I assume none will be taken. Bed was comfortable and shower was excellent, the apartment is clean and well equipped we would definitely stay again

Not spotlessly clean but hosts are very active in communication when issues arise. Be prepared to pay for parking and a security deposit, also verify ID again plus communicate both check-in and check-out details. Overall, a great place just to lay your head if you would like a weekend in Cardiff.

August 2023Die Kommunikation mit Pedro und Alina war schnell und gut. Ihre kleine aber gut ausgestattete Wohnung, von der aus die Innenstadt sehr gut zu Fuß (5min) erreichbar ist, hat einen flexiblen und unkomplizierten Zugang. Einzige Mängekerscheinungen: Lärm, Helligkeit und Parken. Die Wohnung liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Das Dachfenster im Schlafzimmer hatte keine Jalousie o.Ä., wodurch frühs Licht einschien. Es gibt keinen Privatparkplatz, sondern nur öffentliche an den Howard Gardens, die im Verhältnis teuer sind (von 22 bis 8 Uhr frei). Zusammenfassend ist die Unterkunft trotzdem ihr Geld für Cardiff wert.

August 2023The location was great, for a rugby international as it was within walking distance of the stadium and bars and restaurants. Check-in was easy, with good instructions provided. The apartment is very small, but it has almost everything you could need - a dishwasher is mentioned in the listing, but there wasn’t one. The shower room had a great rainfall shower head, but we were told that it was flooding the apartment below, and therefore asked not to use it on full power. We had a good two-night break and I would definitely recommend this place. I do think it would benefit from having a blind on the main window though. You have to be conscious, when coming out of the bedroom and shower room, that you’re on display for all to see

The building itself is gorgeous and extremely well situated, the house was spadeful and cosy and above all really clean, which was the most important for us. Finally, Pedro & Alina were extremely responsive, which gave me a sense of peace and anxiety-free travel as I knew that if we encountered any problem at all with the property we will have a quick response from the hosts. They followed up before we came, when we arrived and even after. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

December 2022Great apartment close to the city. Building is nice, good quality bedding and towels with a nice bathroom. Pedro was responsive when I had an issue with the electricity and was able to fix in a couple of hours. Only thing to note is this is managed off Airbnb so some extra steps to go through to confirm identity, pay deposit etc which I found a little clunky compared to a normal booking on Airbnb .

November 2022What a hidden little gem. Easy to check in and out. The experience from the minute you entered the building was lovely and surprisingly personal. I wasn't sure what I thought about an unmanned check in/out system but it was super easy and convenient. Decorated to a high standard with comfort and cleanliness at the heart of it all. The shower is a definite treat. Another treat is that there is nothing nicer than sleeping in ironed soft bright white bed linen and using fluffy white towels. I loved the personal touches. This is one of the best places we have had the pleasure of staying in, I wish we could have stayed longer. The property is only a few minutes walk from the heart of the city centre.
