The flat is located in Newport City Centre where you can find a large selection of shops, Restaurants, Bars, Take Aways and Pubs.
Close to the main transport links and walking distance to the centre of Newport.
Friars Walk Complex is only a stone throw away Friars Walk has several levels and includes a range of high street shops, eateries, a cinema, a bowling alley and a soft play area. The complex is linked by the redeveloped John Frost Square to the Kingsway Shopping Centre, Newport Museum, Art Gallery and Central Library and Newport bus station. The complex is a short walk from the high street shops of Commercial Street and High Street.
Newport railway station is also a short walk away from there.
A cleaning fee of £30 per week must be added to stays over two weeks, this will include a full change of linen and a general cleaning to the Studio.
Primary Guest is responsible for ensuring that the accommodation is left in the condition it was in upon check-in. Primary Guest shall be liable for any damages caused by his or her own acts and omissions (including without limitation failure to timely vacate the accommodation) and also for the acts and omissions of any individuals that Primary Guest invites or otherwise allows into the accommodation.

Prior to your arrival, you will be asked to submit an online check-in form, which requires you to upload an identification form, pre-authorise a security deposit and sign terms and conditions
• No Parties or events
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. All guests must be accounted for at the time of bookings and no visitors are allowed.

April 2024Lovely place and fantastic hosts who were exceptionally responsive and accommodating. I required a strong internet connection whilst there as I was working remotely and when I had some issues Pedro immediately purchased and installed an internet booster for me. Place was squeaky clean, instructions so clear even with videos of goes to use the oven etc. 2 minute walk from all the shops, the only downside is no free parking. Exceptional Airbnb this.

December 2023can't fault this little place in the heart of Newport town, it was walkable from all bars, restaurants and shops. we needed an extra room for a family member to stay in whilst visiting us over the Christmas period and this was perfect. The flat is on the top floor so is up 3 flights of stairs, not a problem to us but something to be aware of when booking. Merry Christmas guys and Thank you.

October 2023Extremely pleasant space in an up and coming area. Very good value for money. Converted Victo/Georgian offices, so expect a bit of wonkiness on the stairs/floors, and it *will* sound like someone's opening your front door when the other tenants in the building open theirs. The others flats in the building are normal rented/owner occupied, and the neighbours were very friendly and respectful younger people. The apartment is recently refurbished from IKEA, very stylish and clean. The automated blinds throughout, and thick curtains in the bedroom, are a particularly nice touch. Any frequent traveller who has fought with at the horrible cheap Venetian blinds favoured by many other Airbnb hosts will particularly appreciate this :-) Hosts are very friendly and charming over messenger, but be aware that they have other commitments and may take a couple of hours to get back to you. Overall, a very good experience. I will definitely return and recommend it.

August 2023The apartment was well furnished, clean and tidy. We slept very well. There were a couple of minor hiccups to which they responded quickly. My only advice for people is that I maxed out the size of the shower at 6’ and 180lb. So if your big, take that into consideration.

August 2023The apartment was absolutely perfect! Beautifully presented and done to a very high spec. It was immaculate and had everything I needed. Location was great there was plenty shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance including a huge shopping centre/mall with cinema & all the usual clothes shops and restaurant chains. Very impressed. Hosts were also extremely friendly and helpful.
