The primary guest is responsible for ensuring that the accommodation is left in the condition it was in upon check-in. Primary Guest shall be liable for any damages caused by his or her own acts and omissions (including without limitation failure to timely vacate the accommodation) and also for the acts and omissions of any individuals that Primary Guest invites or otherwise allows into the accommodation.
Online check-in with ID Scan and deposit pre-authorisation are required prior to arrival.
For stays over 2 weeks, a weekly mid-stay cleaning (charged at the same price as a cleaning fee) week must be paid, this will include a full change of linen and general cleaning, this will be arranged directly with your hosts.
Pet charges are applied on top of the booking fee.
We will provide you with an online concierge app that allows you to check-in online and collect all the information needed for your self-check-in.
The keys are picked up from a keynest facility that is a 3-minute walk from the main door.
The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
The apartment is located in a residential building. While this provides great safety and security, we kindly ask all our guests to keep noise to a minimum while entering and leaving the building.
Accessible via stairs or a lift. Two available options, one of which should always be accessible. It is important to note, though, that the lift, while frequently available, is not guaranteed due to potential maintenance or unforeseen issues.
Don't forget to check your guest area, we have tried to offer you a nice way to explore the city!
Once booked you receive a self-check-in form, which requires you to scan your ID and credit card, pre-authorise a security deposit and sign terms and conditions. After this info is processed your access codes are released and you can access the property via self-check-in.
Self check in - keys are collected from a Key Nest and the information for this is given out on the day of check in.

March 2024Great location to explore Bristol. Loads of bars and restaurants near the apartment and a short walk to the old town. The flat was lovely. Clean and comfortable, and there were a few useful bits like tea and coffee in the cupboards which was great on arrival. Pedro and Alina send loads of messages and responded immediately to our questions. Brilliant communication. Highly recommend!

February 2024Good things: The apartment was lovely and spacious, and it was useful having two bathrooms. The living room and kitchen were lovely too. The hosts were very responsive and it was so nice being able to have the dog there. The heating was great and you could have the place very warm if you wanted to. I really liked the balcony as well, it would be great in summer. The location was amazing, really close to lots of places. Things that are good to be aware of: The apartment is near a busy part of town and through the night you can hear bin lorries and occasionally people coming back from nights out. The windows face another block of flats which have constant lights on, so the rooms don't get very dark in the night. This was just something I noticed more with our baby with us - I don't think it would have bothered me normally :)

January 2024El alojamiento es tal cual se describe en el anuncio y fotografías. Muy céntrico y con muy buen acceso al alojamiento. El bus del aeropuerto a escasos 5 minutos. Nosotros llegamos a altas horas de la noche y facilitaron en todo momento el acceso. Buena comunicación con los propietarios. Si volvemos a Bristol ya sabemos dónde alojarnos nuevamente. December 2023Cozy nicely decorated apartment with a spacious common area. The hosts reply super fast and effectively. I didn’t love having to pick up and drop the keys somewhere else and all the fuzz of having to deal with Urban Oasis’ own system and internal communication channels. It is not something I expect when booking through Airbnb but at least the service was good.
