The primary guest is responsible for ensuring that the accommodation is left in the condition it was in upon check-in. Primary Guest shall be liable for any damages caused by his or her own acts and omissions (including without limitation failure to timely vacate the accommodation) and also for the acts and omissions of any individuals that Primary Guest invites or otherwise allows into the accommodation.
Online check-in and deposit pre-authorisation are required prior to arrival.
For stays over 2 weeks, a weekly mid-stay cleaning (charged at £80) must be paid, this will include a full change of linen and general cleaning, this will be arranged directly with your hosts and it's not optional.

The apartment is part of a residential community, hence hen, stag parties, or loud noises are not allowed. It's not suitable for children under the age of 2 due to the existence of unprotected staircases. For safety, the entryway and outside the property are monitored by CCTV. The property promotes an eco-friendly lifestyle in line with Cardiff Council's One Planet Cardiff Vision.
Once booked you receive a self-check-in form, which requires you to scan your ID and credit card, pre-authorise a security deposit and sign terms and conditions. After this info is processed your access codes are released and you can access the property via a lockbox.

Einnig er stutt að fara í Sophia Garden sem var kostur fyrir okkur því við ferðuðumst með National Express fram og til baka frá Cardiff. Pedro og Alina voru alltaf tilbúin að hjálpa ef eitthvað kom upp á og voru fljót að svara skilaboðum. Mælum hiklaust með þessari fallegu íbúð!
