The neighbourhood

The flat is located in Newport City Centre where you can find a large selection of shops, Restaurants, Bars, Take Aways and Pubs.

Close to the main transport links and walking distance to the centre of Newport.

Friars Walk Complex is only a stone throw away Friars Walk has several levels and includes a range of high street shops, eateries, a cinema, a bowling alley and a soft play area. The complex is linked by the redeveloped John Frost Square to the Kingsway Shopping Centre, Newport Museum, Art Gallery and Central Library and Newport bus station. The complex is a short walk from the high street shops of Commercial Street and High Street.
Newport railway station is also a short walk away from there.

House rules

A cleaning fee of £30 per week must be added to stays over two weeks, this will include a full change of linen and a general cleaning to the Studio.

Primary Guest is responsible for ensuring that the accommodation is left in the condition it was in upon check-in. Primary Guest shall be liable for any damages caused by his or her own acts and omissions (including without limitation failure to timely vacate the accommodation) and also for the acts and omissions of any individuals that Primary Guest invites or otherwise allows into the accommodation.

Online check-in and deposit pre-authorisation are required prior to arrival.

Guest access

Enjoy a seamless, contactless experience with our online concierge system, which handles check-in, key exchange, and payments. Please check your guest area for recommendations on exploring the city and remember that an ID is required for check-in.

Interaction with guests

We give our guests full privacy although we are always available either by phone, text or in the app itself if anything is needed.

We supply our guests with an online concierge system which we developed, to help you make the most of the area, from our restaurant selections to Michelin Star restaurants, and the best museums to visit and plays to watch.

We try to make your trip as bespoke as possible, and we are always here to help you.

Other things to note

• No Smoking
Please refrain from smoking inside the apartment! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for deep cleaning and ozone treatments.

• Online Check-in
Prior to your arrival, you will be asked to submit an online check-in form, which requires you to upload an identification form, pre-authorise a security deposit and sign terms and conditions.

• No Parties or events
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. All guests must be accounted for at the time of bookings and no visitors are allowed.

Great stay at a very affordable price!! We had difficulties getting inside at about midnight but the hosts were extremely fast to sort out the issue, we were inside within 5 minutes. Would recommend and stay again
